Mr Suluo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom (UK). He also holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is professionally qualified in Accountancy [Certified Public Accountant – CPA(T)] and has a registration status as a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA). He is also a Certified Director by the Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT) and a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSCP) issued jointly by the Balanced Scorecard Institute and The George Washington University College of Professional Studies, USA. Furthermore, Mr Suluo holds a Diploma in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (Diploma in IPSAS) issued by the National Board of Accountants & Auditors (NBAA). He is an Associate Chartered Management Institute (ACMI) member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) of the UK and a member of the Tanzania Association of Accountants (TAA).

Mr Suluo, has over 28 years post graduate experience serving in the public sector including Tanzania Electric Supply Company TANESCO), as a Systems Analyst Trainee, Systems Analyst and Zone Accounting Systems Analyst; Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Senior Principal Accountant, Senior Principal Accountant Cum Quality Manager, Manager Financial Systems Cum Quality Manager and Manager Expenditure Accounting Cum Quality Manager; the then Surface and Marine Transport Regulatory Authority (SUMATRA) as Finance Manager, Director of Corporate Affairs and Director of Finance, Human Resource & Administration; and Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC) as the Director of Finance and Accounts.

Mr Suluo is also serving as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Tanzania Standard (Newspapers) Limited-TSN, Guaranty Trust Bank (Tanzania) Limited – GT Bank, and Yemen Secondary School. On these Boards, he also serves as Audit Committee Chairman of TSN and GT Bank.

In addition, Mr Suluo has had exposure in working with international firms including Fulcrum Maritime Systems Limited of London, UK, under the Commonwealth Chevening Scholars exchange programme.

Mr Emeran, a recognised authority in the transportation industry, brings nearly 30 years of dedicated service to his role. He has contributed 18 of those years to the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), where he has undertaken a plethora of pivotal roles. This followed a productive decade in the private sector.

Mr. Emeran’s academic credentials include a Master’s in Philosophy in Transport Studies from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering Transportation, and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering, both from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

During his tenure at PRASA, Mr Emeran has served as the CEO of PRASA Technical and is currently the Group CEO for PRASA.

As a distinguished leader in his field, Mr Emeran boasts a wealth of experience in transportation planning, engineering, and management. His robust connections with key engineering and transportation stakeholders across the industry have significantly strengthened PRASA’s standing, further equipping the organisation to successfully navigate the dynamic transportation landscape.

Mmuso Selaledi is currently the Acting CEO of the Rail Safety Regulator (RSR), with his substantive role being Executive Risk and Strategy. Previously, he served as an Associate Director at KPMG, where he was responsible for predominantly AFS, revenue enhancement, and internal audit engagements with various public sector clients.

Mmuso has a particular interest in the application of public sector financial management, controls, and governance concepts. He also has a keen appreciation of the need to transform the accounting profession to better serve the needs of society.

In recognition of his achievements, Mmuso was awarded the 2013 DHL Rising Star Award in the professional services category.

Nixon Dlamini

Nixon Dlamini was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Eswatini Railways in December 2019. Having previously worked at Eswatini Railways as a Chief Civil Engineer earlier from October 1997 to August 2001, before moving into the private sector, expanding his wealth of knowledge in the rail and engineering sectors internationally. Prior to joining Eswatini Railways as CEO, he was with 2N Services (PTY) LTD as a lead consultant based in the United Kingdom.

He has also worked as Associate Director and Rail business Leader for Arup where he carried out many functions including but not limited to carrying out rail development work, securing investment funding etc. He has also worked as Principal Rail/Civil Engineer and Permanent Way Lead for Mott Macdonald.

Respina Zinduko was part of the legal team that drafted the Transfrontier Conservation Areas (TFCA) Agreements between the Parks and Wildlife Management Authority and other SADC countries. Drafted and concluded a number of TFCA Agreements. She was part of the team that started the Grainmed, GMB Housing fund and GMB Insurance fund. She also assisted Parks employees to set up their Housing fund which assisted a number of employees to secure residential stands. In addition, she was part of the team that managed to secure a capital partner for Allied Bank, carried out due diligence exercises on a number of investors and advised accordingly. She has excellent analytical design, motivating, negotiating and problem-solving skills and is committed to maintaining high professional standards. She has vast experience in conducting due diligence exercises and engaging in negotiations for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and investors in the private sector.

Brief Biography

  • Assistant Company Secretary and Legal Advisor for Zimbabwe Power Company, a subsidiary of ZESA Holdings.
  • Worked for Agricultural Bank of Zimbabwe Limited (Agribank), Allied Bank Limited (formerly ZABG) as Head of Legal and Corporate Services for four years and, Parks and Wildlife Management Authority as Head Administration, Legal and Corporate Services for four years. Before then held the position of Assistant Administration Manager for the Grain Marketing Board for over three years. Briefly worked for the Government in the then Ministry of Justice Legal and Parliamentary Affairs as a Public Prosecutor and for Tuso and Partners Legal Practitioners as a Legal Practitioner.
  • Board member for the Zimbabwe Investment Authority from March 2017 to March 2020. Appointed Board member for Umfurudzi Park and Charara Wilderness Enterprise from 2009 to 2011.
