The Angolan Cargo and Logistics Certification Regulatory Agency , abbreviated as «ARCCLA», is a legal entity under public law, which forms part of the State’s Indirect Administration, endowed with administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy.
ARCCLA uses the name “Agência Reguladora de Certificação de Carga e Logística de Angola” or the abbreviated form “ARCCLA”, but may, for purposes of dissemination abroad, use the translated or adapted name.
It regulates, monitors and supervises logistics activities and related materials, as well as freight traffic operations by sea, land and air. It also contributes to improving efficiency and competitiveness in the Republic of Angola, and to this end, in the area of transport policies that prove necessary.
It has its headquarters in Luanda and may, under the terms of the legislation in force, create, whenever functional needs justify it, any form of representation in the national territory or abroad.
