Rail track maintenance is at the heart of Chakradhar’s business. The company specialises in Alumino Thermit welding, rail welding equipment, ultrasonic testing systems, track measurement and analysis, track transportation equipment, track safety products, gauge-face lubrication systems and hard-facing electrodes. Its portfolio also includes portable and battery-operated track machines such as rail drilling machines, rail cutters, rail grinders and impact wrenches, giving maintenance teams practical equipment for work on the track.

Beyond manufacturing, Chakradhar provides Alumino Thermit welding execution, ultrasonic flaw detection, track maintenance services, training and technical assistance. Its manufacturing and research facilities in Maharashtra include testing laboratories, CNC machining capabilities and dedicated R&D facilities, while the company says its products and quality systems meet relevant railway requirements, including RDSO approvals for selected products.
